Dr Adrian Holdsworth CPhys, MInstP, PhD, MDiv

Vice-Chairman of EBC Board As a research physicist Adrian pursued his innate desire to know how things work; combining a PhD in Optoelectronics at Heriot-Watt University and R&D in Cambridge with the roles of student pastor and church elder, where he began to discover God’s invitation to serve in the local church. Rev Kieran Banks MA, Dip Th

Chairman of EBC Board Kieran is Pastor of Dedridge Baptist Church, Livingston. He is married to Sheena and they have four children. He spent his early years Primary Education in West Sussex, then trained for Baptist Ministry at Spurgeons College, London. He served as Pastor in Baptist churches in Portsmouth, Hartlepool and Bellshill, before taking up post at Dedridge in January 2018. He also serves in Prison Fellowship Ministry at Shotts Prison.

Mr Nigel Kenny LLB, DipLP

Nigel is Scotland Officer for The Christian Institute and prior to that practised law for twenty years. He is married to Anne and they have two children. Nigel came to faith in Christ shortly before leaving school and as a student benefited greatly from the preaching of Eric Alexander at the Tron Church in Glasgow. Pastor Greig Ferguson BA Hons (History), BA Hons (Theology)

Greig is the Pastor of Yoker Evangelical Church in Glasgow, he is married to Jillian and they have three children.  He came to faith while studying History at Strathclyde University.  After university Greig served as the Youth and Outreach Worker at Allander Evangelical Church for four years before moving to London to study at Oak Hill College.  In 2016, after his 3 years in exile, Greig returned to Glasgow to Pastor Yoker Evangelical.

Prof Steve Taylor B.Sc, ACGI, MEng PhD, C.Eng, FIEE, FInstPhys DSc DIC

Steve is Professor in the Faculty of Science and Engineering at the University of Liverpool from where he obtained his MEng and PhD degrees in 1983 and 1988 respectively. His current research focuses on Mass Spectrometry and Instrumentation and he is founder of a spin-out company in this area.
