Edinburgh Bible College exists to serve the Church by providing rigorous, accessible, and deeply spiritual theological training. While the college has been in operation for a relatively short time, the impact of its mission is already felt across the globe. By the goodness of God, we have seen students equipped and sent out to serve in diverse locations including Poland, the United States, England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Beyond those entering formal ministry, many others have walked away with a more profound understanding of their Creator and a more intimate familiarity with the Holy Scriptures.
Developing a sustainable model for a non-denominational Bible College in the United Kingdom presents unique challenges. Currently, income from student fees accounts for approximately two-thirds of our core operating costs. This gap is not a sign of deficit but rather an invitation for the wider body of Christ to participate in the work of the Kingdom. To maintain our current standards and pursue the ambitious plans we have for the future, we rely heavily on the prayerful and financial generosity of supporters who believe in the importance of Bible-centered education.
We are inviting you to join a dedicated group of supporters known as the Friends of EBC. By committing to a monthly contribution of £10 or more, you provide the foundational stability required to cover our core expenses. This partnership allows us to focus on what we do best: providing quality training for God’s people. As a Friend of EBC, you are not merely a donor but a vital participant in equipping the next generation of church leaders. In appreciation of your partnership, we provide regular updates so you can see firsthand how your investments are bearing fruit in the lives of our students.
As a special thank you to every new Friend of EBC, we are pleased to offer a copy of The Bible As It Happened. This resource is a comprehensive chronological Bible reading plan authored by our Principal, Rev John Brand. We believe this guide will be a blessing to your personal study as you help us provide biblical foundations for others.
If you feel led to join the Friends of EBC or would like to receive more information regarding the college’s needs, please reach out to us. You can contact our team directly at friends@edinburghbiblecollege.co.uk. We will provide you with the necessary bank details and answer any questions you may have about how your gift will be utilized.
