We want to give a big shout out to this new ministry venture run by Sheena Nelson, the wife of Mark, one of John’s former students. Sheena is now looking after the day to day handling of EBC’s finances and accounts and we are immensely grateful to her for doing so.
We’ll let her introduce herself:
“I moved to Scotland from the South of Ireland over 20 years ago and have spent much of my life actively involved in Christian ministry. My training and work with The Faith Mission gave me a strong, practical understanding of how Christian organisations operate and the real-world financial and administrative challenges ministries face.
“As a pastor’s wife, I have first-hand experience of the realities of church leadership and the vital role that clear, reliable financial support plays behind the scenes. I understand the pressures leaders carry and the importance of stewardship that is both faithful and compliant.
“Alongside family life and ministry, I completed my honours degree in Business Management Accounting in 2024, bringing together up-to-date professional expertise with a genuine heart for serving churches.
