Commentator Gordon Wenham writes, “Leviticus used to be the first book that Jewish children studied in the synagogue. In the modern Church it tends to be the last part of the Bible anyone looks at seriously.” In general, Christians are put off this book because of the details regarding rituals and sacrifices and because they can’t easily see the relevance for today. Howevere, John will show us how much our appreciation of the work of Christ and the Gospel is deepened and enriched by becoming familiar with this book.
Once again, there is NO CHARGE for the webinar, but registration is essential and can be done here. We will again make available a small study booklet to accompany the day, with brief notes and space to add your own notes.
