What do Christians believe about the Bible and how did we get the Bibles that we have today? These are among the questions we will consider in this module which will be taught by EBC’s Academic Dean, John Brand, who has been teaching and preaching the Bible for more than 50 years.
We will explore topics like inspiration, infallibility and inerrancy; trace the exciting story of the production and translation of the Bible, and also discover what to make of the different versions we have.
Taught over zoom, so you can join wherever you are and whoever you are, the course is taught on 10 Tuesday mornings (10.00 – 12.00), starting on September 29th.
You can audit the course – simply taking part, enjoying the teaching and online fellowship, and benefitting from lots of notes and materials, or you can submit assessments – completing an assignment for marking and gaining EBC study credits.
For auditing, the cost is £150; for assessments it is £200.
